I had exactly the same problem and some entries in the /home/openemm/var/log/jvm_core.log (or so) ... so it was a wrong javaversion which leads to the permanent restart of the of Resin httpd. The installation of the newest jdk from http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp soluted the problem. ...
