I have installed openemm and wanted to send for around 170,000 users. everything is working fine except the slowness.

Could any help me in figuering out what would be the reason? My dedicated server specs are as follows:

Quad core processer.
12G RAM

I am using Openemm now and going to give the access for another users but wanted to disable the export recipients feature disabled for non administrator users?

Any ideas?
