The number of emails sent on the screenshots is actually referring to the number of emails that were put into the mail queue. Whenever you start a mailing the produced mails are written into the folder "var/spool/META" in blocks (i. e. 5000 per block). That is why the number of sent mails ...

Huge archive directory

Hi there, since we've been sending a lot of mailings, there is a huge amount of data stored in the directory "var/spool/ARCHIVE". I could not find any information about whether this data is still important for using the OpenEMM. Does anybody know if it's needed for statistics, copying old ...

[SOLVED]

Okay, so I fixed the problem by reducing the block size in the file emm.properties from 20000 to 5000 as described in this thread: http://agnitasemm.net/forums/ptopic763.html The size of the .xml.gz files was around 100 MB which resulted in an extracted size of 1 GB. Of course this is way too large....

Have you tried to run the script "/home/openemm/bin/sendmail-disable.sh"?

Oh, and check the log files in "/home/openemm/var/log/" for error messages.
