managing number of sent emails per hour
Hi, I am sending mail-shots to a large number of users (sometimes 250K emails). and thus sometime i got blocked from other mail servers because of large amount of sent emails from my domain. how can i manage how many emails sent per hour to a specific domain or to all domains in general? for example...

How can i change the status and mailing list for all recipients in openemm. I have about 100K recipients and i want to change status for all of them and to add all of them to a specific mailing list

I have imported a list of emails from csv file, but when i checked the mail format, i found out that it is "TEXT". how can i change it to HTML to all recipients at a glance and how can i delete a list of recipients

I have created a template for an email. and it contains the following:
DEAR $USERNAME
and i have imported csv file that contains firstnames and emails
how can i bind my variable ($USERNAME) to the values loaded from CSV.
