Re: Missing Save Button
That's not what we're seeing. We just created a new Mailing to confirm this. When we click the Content tab and then click on one of the default options (Text or HTML) we have the option of entering content but the only buttons available are Add and Back. There is no Save button. If we click Add, the...

Missing Save Button
When creating content in a mailing, template, and in other areas there is no Save button in OpenEMM 2011. All we can do is click an Add button which does save the content but it adds an empty content item that we don't want.

Re: Final release of OpenEMM 2011 available
Where is the OpenEMM 2011 documentation? The manuals are for older versions and some of the new features are not covered and the UI is different. This is making it difficult to get started with Templates, CM, etc.

Re: Bounce Mangement Problem
Nah, that doesn't work. Sorry, but this is pretty frustrating. In the Bounce-Filter settings there are two addresses that can be entered. The first is the "Forward incoming mails" address which we have just set to ext_3@mydomain.com . The second is the Autoresponder > "Sender Address&...

Re: Bounce Mangement Problem
I tried this and we still get User Unknown errors. Here's the new configuration we just tried. Real Hostname: mailer.mydomain.com A Record: mailer1.mydomain.com A Record: lists.mydomain.com MX Record: lists.mydomain.com. 3600 IN MX 10 mailer1.mydomain.com Bounce Filter Created: Set the 'forward inco...

Re: Bounce Mangement Problem
I think what you're saying is that we either need to add mydomain.com to the list of relay-domains, or, we need to modify bav.conf-local so that it looks like the following line and then when sending the campaign mails we would have to send as irulist@lists.mydomain.com. Am I understanding correctly...

Re: Bounce Mangement Problem
I've got a similar issue. I hope that someone can help because so far bounce management is the only issue remaining before we can use OpenEMM. We're running the latest 6.2 release of OpenEMM. DNS Information Domain: mydomain.com A Record: mailer1.mydomain.com A Record: mailer.mydomain.com Forward Zo...

Re: Trackable Link is Busted
Can anyone help with this? The 3D in the trackable link seems to break usage in Thunderbird and other mail clients, though it does seem to work in the Gmail web client and Outlook. My original post is old. I expected there would be more community help in this forum than what I'm seeing. I see that o...

A little progress but still not working correctly
I've made some progress but the links, while more properly formatted, still do not work. Here's a link that gets sent. Notice the 3D in the tag. This seems to break the link and results in no tracking of opened mail. Also, when sending to a bad address the bounce is not recorded in the Statistics. T...

Trackable Link is Busted
We followed the installation guide for OpenEMM 6.2 and made the changes to alter the hostname in the database and the emm.properties file. We've restarted OpenEMM. When we create a mailing the trackable link points to http://mail.ourcompany.com:8080/mail.ourcompany.com/ir.html...... The problems wit...
