I was able to find the issue with the trackable code insertion. We are using generated mailings (from a database). I am having the same problem where the trackable link is not being inserted into the email and no click statistics are generated. I have also put in the rdir domain as the FQDN with http:// per installation instructions http://openemmserver.mycompany.com:8080 . I have not changed anything in the tab...
