Yes, this is why the OpenEMM Install&Admin Guide states "switch to user openemm" in bold.

Did you execute "npm install" in directory /home/openemm/webapps/emm/WEB-INF?

Do you see any error message in the GUI or in catalina.out?

Please start OMT with option "-debug" and post the error messages you get.

OpenEMM does not use a table named "WorkflowReportsSender". So, this table missing should not be a problem. Otherwise, I do not see any error message in your posting. Maybe you can provide a few more details?

Sorry, OpenEMM 2015 R3 has EOL status and will not be developed further. It was replaced by a redesigned OpenEMM, current version is 24.04 (see https://wiki.openemm.org for more info).

You are right, an upload_tbl does not exist in OpenEMM. We will check and if we can repeat the bug, we will provide a fix soon.
