O.K. so your forms work on 5.0.1. (I know because I used them). Do they just work other than being able to display values of data fields?

I found the bug and an oddity with ##AGNUID##.

There's a bug in your software.

shouldn't the link look something like:

http://somehost.somedomain.com:8080/for ... v8lhg7eabc

instead of:

http://somehost.somedomain.com:8080/for ... D=##AGNUID##

?

I submitted that as a bug. The dev team can either quash the bug or quash the bug report if it's operator error.
