O.K. so your forms work on 5.0.1. (I know because I used them). Do they just work other than being able to display values of data fields?
<duh>
I'm editing my response. You just confirmed what I just asked. I just had to read your response 3 times. It's still early for me.

Does the OpenEMM team have an idea when the next version is going to be released to fix this bug? I may be confused but doesn't this bug make 5.0.1 unusable? I don't see how you can run this version because nobody can subscribe or unsubscribe on their own. Am I missing something? As far as I'm conce...

You set up an MX record to create a return path for NDRs (Non Delivery Reports). For example, if you send email to a user called xyz@123domain.com and that user doesn't exist, the server might tell you as you try to deliver it that the user doesn't exist, but it might also accept it and then send ba...

shouldn't the link look something like:
http://somehost.somedomain.com:8080/for ... v8lhg7eabc
instead of:
http://somehost.somedomain.com:8080/for ... D=##AGNUID##
?

SOLVED: problems with ##AGNUID##
Another problem with this. I thought so... I had played around with ##AGNUID## and noticed it didn't do anything. I just checked and I'm correct. It doesn't substitute anything. Here's my URL: <a href=http://somehost.somedomain.com:8080/form.do?agnCI=1&agnFN=unsubscribe&agnUID=##AGNUID##&quo...

Yeah I like examples even though I'm a pretty technology savy real estate agent. Could be the Computer Science degree from GA Tech and 20 years of IT experience :wink: Here's one more question for you. Is there a tag to generate the first part of the URL? (http://host.domain.com/...) I don't want to...

Defined API
One thing that would be cool is for you to have a defined API to interface with EMM from other software. Useful interactions: - retrieve info on recipients - update info on recipients - insert new recipients - generate new mailing from template and setting content items I'm sure folks could come up ...

Drip email
One of the big things I need is a structure for sending Drip marketing campaigns. Are you guys saying this could be part of EMM, or are you thinking BI or CRM? I'd like to easily set up campaigns that have N number of precanned messages and when you sign up, you start receiving them spread out over ...

Questions on bounce filters
I moved this out into it's own message so it doesn't get lost... And if I'm not mistaken, there's another piece to the Bounce handling that I'm having trouble getting to work. If you send a message out and someone replies to it, the configuration in the Bounce-Filters section of "Settings"...
