Adjusting sendmail
Adjusting sendmail is not really going to improve the delivery speed, you'd really just be moving the pending queue from OpenEMM to sendmail. The mail won't really be delivered any faster. One option that I have considerd is configuring sendmail on the OpenEMM box to use multiple smart hosts. For ex...

Hardware not the issue
Afraid hardware isn't the issue here - Problem here appears to be the list size, my list contains over 545k users. Scares me to no end that you say you've only used OpenEMM for lists of around 10k! At this point I'm/we're not even able to pull up the recipient -> overview list. I've been waiting for...

Performance of e-mail sending
I started sending a newsletter of 222,442 generated e-mails over 48 hours ago. So far the system has only sent 100,002. Sendmail is not stressed at all and is certainly capable of sending e-mails at a much higher rate. Is there throttling in place in OpenEMM that would account for this poor performa...
