Looks like Tomcat was not able to compile a certain JSP into a class file. Did you modify the JSP file? If so, does it compile? If not, please compare with a fresh installation to make sure the file is not corrupt. I don't know where my head was at... comparing to a fresh install is Troubleshooting...
