Hi

Which changes should i make to get OpenEMM work totaly as UTF-8?

I've already coverted all DB fileds to UTF-8
but when I insert new Recipient all Non english charcters are showed as ????

Is it a settings issue or is it a devlopment issue ?
How can i solve this problem
