Hi, We are having the same problem. However, our issue is only confined to action based mailing triggered be a form submission (though I have not tried triggering it by link clicked or email open, etc..) I tried recreating the whole process, mailing, action, form... but the problem still exist. Also...

Is there a way to excute an action after sent, regardless of the email being opened or a link being clicked-on?
