I am having an issue. The MIDQUEUE and SLOWQUEUE are never populated. All the files are in QUEUE. I am using 2013 R2 release.

Are you referring to - QUEUE, MIDQUEUE, SLOW QUEUE by that? If so, is it possible to create multiple active queues - for example : QUEUE1, QUEUE2... and so on?
