Anybody use Amazon AWS to install the OpemEMM?

i follow this InstallGuide.

i'm trying to install OpenEMM in a production webserver on Windows Server 2012.

I follow all the steps of instalation guide, but when I try to run the system...

Starting up .. home is c:\OpenEMM .. found codebase .. No database module found
[press return]

What I have to do ?
