Re: Version 20.04 - Campaign PDF export missing Icons / statistic display overlayed
As there is memory is essientially free
top:
MiB Mem : 64086.8 total, 56286.4 free, 2907.0 used, 4893.4 buff/cache
and the issue is present on most cases (timeout / incomplete) I would like to look into logs.
Could you please indicate where to best look for log files concerning this? Thanks

Re: Version 20.04 - Campaign PDF export missing Icons / statistic display overlayed
Thanks. I logged out an in, and could generate one PDF. I tried to generate the PDF a second time and got a timeout. A third time, I did get one without icons. However, I did not find a way to post a file or image here, so I did put it on Onedrive instead. https://1drv.ms/u/s!ApupzUde5LqcuWcyxPSdEi0...

Version 20.04 - Campaign PDF export missing Icons / statistic display overlayed
Hi, I am currently running a campaign (A/B/C Test) and wanted to document the settings using PDF export. PDF is created, but only arrows and text appear, whereas all the icons (start, mailing, end, ...) are missing. How to fix it? These are the versions used: ================================ = OpenE...

Re: OpenEMMBackend is NOT installed or NOT running
Hi, did you run the OpenemmInstall.sh using
sudo bin/OpenemmInstall.sh
?
You need to do this, then choose 4 - install and update, and skip all parts installed until you reach the backend part.
That's how it worked for me.

Re: [SOLVED by workaround] New install with DB data restored - still not running
What about the files with the settings? Are they not used any more and can be deleted or ignored? If not, do I have to populate them manually in case of a migration / disaster recovery? In this case, I wanted a new install on Centos 8 instead of 7, and restore all functionality, so the DB backup was...

[SOLVED] python3 defunct processes with version 20.04
I did a re-install with Centos 8.2 - seems that there is no upgrade path from Centos 7.
With the latest versions of OpenEmm on CentOS 8 I habe no defunct processes any more.

Re: New install with DB data restored - still not running
I now edited emm.properties manually and the system is working.
However, what is the recommended way to avoid differences between the database entries and the text file?

Re: OVA File does not work in ESXi
Hi,
did you check these limitations?
https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-vSphe ... 51C1C.html
And maybe try to use the English tools - you could have an issue with the languages within ESXi.

Re: python3 defunct processes with version 20.04
Hi,
do I need to upgrade to CentOS 8 to get openssl 1.1 and get the system running?
Or is there a simpler way?
Seems you are relying on having version 1.1
Thanks
