until now there is answer or fix to his? User unknown is still not being triggered as hard bounce? how is bav.rule setup to add this?

I tried like this:

no, i disabled SELinux. I am using CentOS 5.1 btw.

For now I used 2 as the gender for every e-mail and it is showing Unknown. Is there a way to change Unknown to something friendly? Like Family? or whatever else. Also the imported e-mail addresses have double quotes on them. will this be a problem?

I just upgraded to this version and I see this in my maillog

unable to write pid to /home/openemm/var/run/sendmail-openemm-queue.pid: Permission denied

How can I resolve this? the openemm user account has full access to the said directory.

hello, i am very new to openemm. how do i set a mailing so that it knows when an e-mail has been opened and how to do set opt-out from the list? please help.

like i said in my previous post, it overrides my HTML version. even if i view the e-mail in HTML my e-mail client (evolution or outlook) it only shows the text version.

i am getting the same error. how can i choose html only? if i put something in text module, it overrides what i have in the html module.
