Problem: too many bounces
During my last very small mailing I discovered that NO email was sent out, all of them were in the list of soft and hard bounces. The email addresses are correct. I tried it a second time. I got soft bounces and hard bounces of about 30%. When checking the bounce tables in the database I found the f...

HELP: So many propblems after update/installation
I totally regret trying to update from my running 5.5.1 to 6. I strongly recommend to stick to your running system!!!!! After the update from inside OpenEMM did not work at all, I tried to install it from scratch. But now many problems do occur and I cannot get OpenEMM to work. 1) When starting with...

Individual attachments?
Hi there, first of all thanks to Agnitas fro providing this wonderful tool! I've got a rather simple questions today: Is it possible to send out individual attachments? I have - let's say - 1.000 clients in my database, and they should get individual PDF documents. The documents are already generate...

Which tables invovled when importing CSV file?
At the moment before importing a CSV file I make an import into Excel from a MySQL database, so some cosmetic changes, export it to CSV and import it to OpenEMM. To make the whole process easier, I would like to make a direct import from my SQL Database to the OpenEMM database. My question is: Which...

Well, we made it quite simpel (as described in this magazine article): defined an A record in the DNS redirect.server_a.com pointing to the IP adress of server_a. That was pretty much it. We skipped the Bounce Management because of some strange reasons mentioned by the admins of our managed server. ...

So, finally we installed OpenEMM and did the frist Email camapign. Until now everything works fine. The only thing is that we did not manage to get the bounce managemetn working (obviosuly we cannot do this MX record entry). What helped me quite a lot when installing and configuring OpenEMM was this...

no support?
Well, seems as if this forum is not of very much help. None of my two (simple) questions were answered, almost half of the questions on the first page of the Installation forum have no answer at all. Although being an Open Source product, I would expect to get a little help at least, especially for ...

Installation question
Hi there, when installing OpenEMM, I cam across some questions, where the installation manual is not that clear for me. My situation is like that: - OpenEMM is installed on a server, let's call it server_a (root server) - The mail server and the server, where our Website is hosted, is different from...

Email Server and OpenEMM requirements
Hi there,
2 questions:
1) Is it necessary that OpenEMM runs on the same machine as the normal Email-/Web-Server (because of the trackable links etc.)?
2) What is required by OpenEMM in terms of hardware? RAM, processor, ...
Thanks a lot for helping...
