I solved the problem!
The reason was, that I used special characters like ÄÖÜß… in the subject! If you use special characters in the subject, return address,
name, etc. MS Outlook uses the UTF-8 charset instead of the ISO-8859-1 charset.

I have nearly the same problem. I create the mailings in openemm with the ISO-8859-1 charset. Outlook (2003 and 2007) opens mails by default with the UTF-8 charset and so I got problems with the special characters like ß,ä,ö,ü. I have this problem only if I create a new mailing. If I send an old...
