Recreate the Bug
1. Click on Mailing on the left menu
2. Click on New Mailing
3. Click on the Wizard button

Error: It does not advance to the Wizard.

If you click on the "You are guided by a wizard" link it advances to the Wizard.

On the Recipients Overview page the Recipient Status dropdown needs another status selection.

Pending: This would be for all recipients in the Waiting for user confirmation state.

It would also be nice to have a button to resend the confirmation email.

Salutation: Use of Mrs. instead of Ms.

If the "New Recipient" used the Default Salutation this would allow users to set the value to what every want using the Settings/Forms of Salutation page

on the "New Recipient" page the Salutation defaults to Mr. instead of Unknown.

As we have added recipients by hand, may of the females for some reason get the male salutation.

I do not see a way to check for a duplicate email address when using the "New Recipient" screen.

This feature exists in the bulk load.
