Errornous jobs after upgrade to 21.04

After upgrading OpenEMM top Verison 21.04.000.124 the jobs are no longer running
OMT "Show OpenEMM status" says:
"Jobqueue status: 8 errorneous jobs (BirtReports, LoginTrackTableCleaner, CalendarCommentMailingService, ...)"

But I cannot find a logfile where I can look for a reason.

Any hints?

Could you list all jobs that are not running (see administration -> system status) please?

Furthermore, we plan to publish an update later this week that might fix this problem.

The system status shows me the jobs as follows:

Strange. Have you tried to restart the stopped jobs via the system status page?

There is no option in the status page to start the jobs. In the Joblist the jobs and the status-icon are not clickable.

Administration > System Status > field "Start job by description" > enter name of job & press button

The GUI simply says "ERROR". In the EMM Logfile I can see a Java Exception:

This JobQueueNode is currently not active

Is there somewhere a logfile where I can look why the JobQueueNode did not start?

I could not reproduce. Please restart OpenEMM and check the Tomcat log catalina.out in directory /home/openemm/logs for errors.

Same here after upgrading 21.04 to 21.10.000.108

Since we cannot reproduce this problem, we have to dig a little bit deeper.

Please have a look in your db table "config_tbl".
There should be an entry like (legacy, allowed for EMM version <= 21.04):
class, name, value
'system', '<your hostname>.IsActive', 1

or an entry like (simplified in new version, allowed for EMM version >= 21.04):
class, name, value, hostname
jobqueue, execute, 1, null

The meaning of this is, that your OpenEMM Server is allowed to execute the jobqueue jobs (batchjobs).
In EMM version 21.04 both types of entries are allowed, for migration reasons.

Maybe this entry was not properly inserted during configuration of the OpenEMM.
