Beta 22:10 New Mailing -> Error 404 Ups

Hi,
i installed the new Beta and now default users can´t create a new mailing.

A default User with mostly all rights can´t create a new mailing.
He opens Mailings -> Overview -> + New Mailing -> Standard and gets an error 404 Ups ...

For the emm-master all is fine and i see all the templates.
