Sending mailing only in specific periods

Hello OpenEMMers!

I would like to specify a rule here in my mailing sending: only send the mailing between 5 and 6 AM and from tuesdays to thursdays. Is it possible to accomplish with OpenEMM? Or maybe changing the sendmail configuration? If someone can tell me a path to follow, would be great!
