I can unzip the OEMM software, but after that nothing happens. how can I activate OEMM?

Hallo, I try it shortly in Englisch and longer in German.
Why all this software? Is OpenEMM for the local host = PC? I need a server-solution, ist it EMM-Xpress?
Warum all dies Software runterladen. Läuft OpenEMM auf dem PC? Ich will das natürlich auf dem Server, sonst müsste meine PC 365 Tage 24 Stunden laufen, da die Antworten Real Time kommen müssen.
Ist das EMM-Xpress-Komplettpaket dafür geeignet? Und wenn, was brauche ich dafür noch zusätzlich?

this Newspaper-article was very helpfully. But what is about EMM-Xpress?
I think. this is a server solution. Could the server-software and the PC-software work together? Or do I need just the server solution?
