Mailing:Target list contains only 0 entries instead of 3000

What I did, I defined

- campaign
- receipients
- target group
- mailing campaign

If I click on overview under receipients I receive 3000 useres.

Now I would like to sent out the mailing campaign. When I click on Mailing --> Overview --> and select my mailing campaign then everything seems to be fine. I click on the tab "content" to see which receipients are in there - but - nothing is in there. If I change the mailing list to test-mailing I see 3 addresses which is correct. But where are the 3000 useres. What kind of setting have i forgotten?

Now I check it with the receipients list and see, every entry is correct assigned. Means, they are assigend to the right mailing list.
Now I check the target group and the search query is correct too.

What is the reason why I do not see the 3000 users? Is my definition wrong?
