Trackable links not going to specified domain

Hi,

I have used links to my website in the email message that I would like to track. The domain the Openemm server is on and my website are different.

When you click on a link in the email it directs me to a blank page on the openemm server instead of the URL in the email message? - appoligise if this is a simple one?

Just to let you know I have changed the following to the domain that the openemm is on:

update company_tbl set rdir_domain="http://www.somecompany.com";

Running Vmware version of Openemm
