Im new to OpenEMM and mass emailings But please help!

Hi I am just wondering how to get the redirect links to work... When someone clicks on a link it goes to my site but it doesn't recognize the query part (r.html?89273842389479 which is fake but an example) so it takes people to the page not found page of my site. For the time being I just made the links not trackable but I really want to get it to work for the future. Can someone please help?
