openEMM install in /var/www/virtual/abc/htdocs/ ?

... better to ask before to kill a running live-server ;o))))

I tried openEMM on VMware and after a few tests I decided to use it in live - yeah, it seems to be a good tool ;o)
But I would like to install it twice on one server in different vHosts!

And here is the Question:
Is there any way to install openEMM multiple in different vHosts? ... and yes - I have root access!
Is there any way to install openEMM not in /home/openemm/ with user openemm but one time in /var/www/virtual/abc/htdocs/ with user abc_openemm and a second time in /var/www/virtual/xyz/htdocs/ with user xyz_openemm?

I am using ispCP on a root-Server, I have root-access and I have the possibility of different IP-addresses for different vHosts.
