New Help with Configuration - Will Pay!

I followed the OpenEMM install instructions for Ubuntu (my OS is Server 10.04 64-bit), but my mails aren't being delivered and I'm having issues with sendmail. I get a "connection refused" error when I telnet localhost 25, but I can connect with telnet localhost 587.

It may be an issue with the sendmail.mc or sendmail.conf files, but I can't figure out what it is. Also, when I start OpenEMM.sh, here is what I get:
