sending problem

Hi eXperts,
I'm using OpenEmm on my localhost server
i want to test it and send emails

it reported me that it has sent emails , but the emails didnt out from the server

I think that the problem with installation configuration for:
- redirection domain
- mailloop domain
- smart relay

i using : ADSL
incoming server is : mail.it-manara.com
outgoing server (SMTP) is : mail.aya.sy

i entered redirection domain : http://localhost:8080
mailloop domain : mail.it-manara.com

in deed i didnt understand what is the meaning of "mailloop"
is it incoming server or outgoing server or something else ????
