Who opened emails or clicked URLs

How can I find out who has opened the email I sent, and who has clicked on the URLs please? The statistics page shows only numbers, I need to know names/email addresses.

With the next version OpenEMM 2011 R2 we have the possibility of defining a default action for openings (like sending a followup-mailing or setting a certain db field to value 1). With the current version 2011 you have to dig in the database (table onepixel_log_tbl).
