Exceptions while adding new recipients

Hello Guys,
I have installed OpenEMM on my RHEL following all the steps given in the Installation manual.
When I try to add recipients to my list I see the the following error message.

An error occurred

and the following being the probable cause.

Code: Select all

org.apache.jasper.JasperException: javax.servlet.ServletException: javax.servlet.jsp.JspException: ServletException in 'recipient/recipient-list.jsp': javax.servlet.jsp.JspTagException: java.sql.SQLException: Can't create/write to file '/tmp/#sql_5442_0.MYI' (Errcode: 13)

Please suggest some troubleshooting techniques

MySQL can not create a database file - probably because the permissions of your tmp directory are set too tightly.
