How to know bounce filter work correctly

I follow this tut http://lzone.de/node/8 to check my bounce filter work or not , and I did not found any bounce filter service , Please tell me how to turn bounce filter on . I used Openemm 205 RC2 .

Have you read and followed the OpenEMM 2015 Install & Admin Guide? If so, just send emails to non existing addresses and check if OpenEMM recognize these addresses as hard bounces.
