OpenEMM won't send Testmails and normal Mailings

Hello,

since last week i have a problem sending mailings. Either the testmail, nor the mailing will send out... What could be the problem? I didn't change anything in the settings. I use OpenEMM 2013.
Another problem is the import of contacts. When i get to the window with the first rows of the .csv, after i select the mailinglist and click import, it says: "Ein allgemeiner Fehler ist aufgetreten. Bitte prüfen Sie Ihre Eingaben."
Please help me! Im desperate...

regarding the 2nd error: Please have a look at the Tomcat log catalina.out. Maybe you can find a more detailed error message there.

My colleague is sending every month a newsletter using the timerfunction.
He created the newsletter w/o any technical problem and timed the mailing for 6.p.m.
BUT the newsletter was never sent.
I have seen some similar questions in the FAQ, but without any answer.
Does there any solution exist?
