Export Recipient for a period

I have tried to export all active recipient data in a mailinglist from 28th July 2015 - 3rd August 2015 but it is come out with error message saying that 'Date is invalid, please enter correct date'. These are what I did:-

Step 1: Select Mailing List = French B2C, Target Group = All, Recipient Type = Normal Recipient, Recipient Status = Active


Step 2: Select Column to Exports: - First name, Last Name, Email, Creation Date and etc.


Step 3: File format, I didn't make any changes here


Step 4: For Date limits, I have selected Creation period to my preferred period: 28th July 2015 - 3rd August 2015


Step 5 : Proceed
Error Message


It seems like all steps are correct but it has came out an error saying that incorrect date format. I did tried with all 3 Date limits field for date range mentioned below but all come out with same error and this issue was there since mid of August 2015.

I have tried different date range like 25th October 2015 - 3rd Nov 2015, it is working properly.

Anyone know what's wrong there?
