Good to hear! Unfortunately, a missing " or ' instead of " can mean a lot to a computer ...
For those still having problems I found this very useful. If the # link is not showing up correctly in your unsubscribe email the userid won't be passed to the EMM server.
Try this code for calling up the unsubscribe form instead.
Replace:
http://company.openemm.org/form.do?agnC ... D=##AGNUID##
With:
http://company.openemm.org/form.do?agnC ... ID=[agnUID]
