no login form after installation - server install

Hello,
I m just finish the installation of open-emm and I think every thing seems ok because during the install and the starting step I got no error messages.
I went on http://localhost:8080 and I have a openemm page.
On this page I have some informations about openemm and a link to log myself in the openemm. After a click I got this :
So I got no login form and now I don´t have any idea what to do...
I have also another question, I want to use openemm with typo3 and I installed this extension. My question is if it wii be possible to install open-emm on one server and typo3 on another server and to communicate like this.
