can i install openemm on windows server 2008???
and if so, does it support 64-bit?

the official handbook says that only linux is and will be supported for openemm. but you can install a virtual linux on your windows server

I already installed it on windows xp for testing, and i was about to try and install it on windows server 2008 until during my testing i found out that openemm newest version (5.5.1) does not support newsletter written in russian - correct me if i wrong

Hm, we have users in China who send out chinese newsletters. What exactly does not work with russian character sets?

The problem is the system dosn't recognize Cyrillic.I placed the HTML text in the body text box and title, both contained English characters (a HTML tags) and Cyrillic (the text in Russian). After the mail has been saved and opened in the preview window, the mail looked like a set of query marks.
As I see it the system enable to recognize Cyrillic.
