openemm crash server

The log show this:

Jun 5 15:21:50 server1 sendmail[6010]: unable to write pid to /home/openemm/var/run/sendmail-openemm-admin.pid: Permission denied
This is not supposed to happen - at this particular moment, the only thing that the script is doing is to adding more and more to the queue WorkList.
After this the domain name login page is gone and only by restarting the server i am able to login again
