Send Mailing link not being displayed

Hi there

I'm trying to send a mailer using OpenEmm, and for some reason the 'send mailing' link is not being displayed. I have the options to Send test mails to the administrators and the test recipients but that's it.

Does anyone know how to fix this? Is it an installation issue?

The send mailing button disappears as soon as the mailing has been sent to prevent accidentally resending.
