Problem concerning sending mail

For any reason today I am able to sent mails to the admins or test users of a mailing list, but the mailing itself does not work.
The last mails we made were strange too. This is the statement from sending:
This one from the statistics area:
I am only a simple user with very small skills. I would be very happy if anyone have a suggestion what is going on at our system.
By the way in /home/openemm/var/spool/QUEUE# there are tones of files called df* or qf*
