OpenEMM for SMS

Can OpenEMM send SMS as well as email. If so can the reciver of a SMS send back SMS for confirmation, acknowledgement.

If OpenEMM is not the right tool for my purpose i will be thankful if any give me a tip of a tool like OpenEMM for SMS.

OpenEMM is not supposed to send SMS.
