Mail not sent when click on send mailing now button

Hello,

Whenever I have tried to send mail to Normal,Test recipient and click on sen mailing now button it show mail send successfully. But the mail doesn't receive at recipient side. At the same if I clicked on sen mail to test recipient it shows logs as well as mail get revived successfully.

Note : OS using is Centos-5.4, Openemm-6.0.1
