debain-> xmlback: No such file or directory

Hi,
I have installed OpenEMM 5.0.2 on debian. I changed to openemm with su - openemm.
I started the OpenEMM and I got the following errors:
xmlback and smctrl is in the correct path and the user/group is openemm.
My sendmail configfiles are in /etc/mail is that a problem?
Any ideas what is wrong?
The HTML-Output runs in my browser and I can create a mailing.
Please help. Thanks.
Axel
