OpenEMM sends 2 mails to 1 email receiver

Hello community,
I have already put a lot of time into my problem but I can't fix it myself, I hope you can help me. I am new to OpenEMM, sendmail, etc.

To my Problem:
OpenEMM is great program and it is working well but it sends two mails to one receiver!?
If I click at "Send test mails to the test recipients" it says: "1 out of 1 Emails have been generated"
But I receive two mails!

The time lag betweent the two emails is huge.

received emails:
1st: 12:16
2nd: 12:30

another email:
received emails:
1st: 12:27
2nd: 12:41

Probably sendmail is wrong configured?
(I have installed OpenEMM 5.5.1 and sendmail 8.14.3)

How should I approach this problem?

I found out that my problem only occurs if I send mails to the test recipients.

I fixed it by reinstalling OpenEMM.
