Date in Script Actions

Hello all 
I tried the hole day yesterday to compare the last change date of a customers entry (through getLastChangeDate) with the current system date. But I don't get it...
So, how can I get a date object with the current date (maybe like date.now()) in a script action?
I hope there ist a simple solution for my problem...
