I will import recipients and assign to mailing lists. But i find no select field for mailing lists. How can i assign a specific mailing list on recipients import? Find only "mode opt-out: unsubscribe" I need opt-in to mailing lists.

Select import mode "add only", "add and update" or "update only" in import profile. Now when you start the import you can select the mailinglists you want to bind the import records to.
