Source Build Process

hi, can anyone confirm if im doing this correctly;

I need to compile the source code so i download the OpenEMM-6.2-src.tar.gz

then in /home/oe, i put 2 tar.gz which are the following:
OpenEMM-6.2-src.tar.gz
and
OpenEMM-6.2-JARs.tar.gz

then i setup the ant and java home,

so i just did: ant -f openemm_build.xml build

is this correct?

im getting this as part of the log:
