How to Fix only one sender account?

Hi OpenEmm Forum members and tech support. We have a dilema in our company we used the Community version of the Openemm and the thing is someone screwed the system, sending mails using a particular account(for spamming). Now the question is how can we lock the email sender textbox and fixed it to a sender in which the regular user cannot change the sender's email (every time we create new and send campaign emails)? Your help is highly appreciated.
