openemm 6.2: cannot find throttle delivery speed parameters

I learned that in openemm 6.2, it is possible to throttle delivery speed in the "send mailing" page.
But I cannot find it anywhere, even using the admin account.
In the "send mailing" page, I cannot find any parameters. Only the three "send" links...
Could anybody please help?

I have actually the same question.. I don't find the "Show parameters for throttling of delivery speed", could you help me ?

Try to send out a mailing and you will see it.
