Is it possible to set a default mailing list administrator for all current and future mailing lists?

How can we create a role of Administrator recipient for all present and future mailing lists. (for example, marketing manager)

How can we create a role of Test recipients for all present and future mailing lists. (for example, QA team)

OK, got it! For each new mailinglist you have to define the admin and test recipients manually. There is no way to define global admin or test recipients valid for all available mailing lists right now.
